Executives, as those responsible for the overall success of the company, face many challenges that they have to deal with alone, which can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. This paper aims to explore the executive loneliness in the growth phase of a company, and to answer the key questions of the topic: why do executives feel lonely; what impact does loneliness have on their life; how to solve the loneliness problem? The paper reviews the literature on executives’ loneliness and the impact of loneliness on the individual and the company.
