Abstract


Strategy as a social practice and communication as social activity within organizations is a subject of great interest to managers and strategy scholars nowadays. Based on literature review, this article identifies the concept of communication and it process, analyzes internal communication and peculiarities of its process. In order to continuously improve the management of the company, it is necessary to have a broader understanding of the concept of communication. This article seeks to identify the features of communication in the context of corporate strategic management. The research is grounded on analysis of scientific literature, The research carried out is based on the analysis of scientific literature. The paper integrates various scientific studies and provides recommendations for future scientific research in  field of communication development.
