Abstract

Eexpansion and growing influence of aviation sector on the economy encourage to apply science knowledge of management for introduction of new technologies and optimization of the processes in the aviation service sector. In case of composing big amounts of data and information, the demand to transmit the required aviation information, NOTAM on time and in the right place becomes vital for both decision-making and flight safety, so it is necessary to be able to process the information immediately and for that purpose can be used evolving digital NOTAM technology, that is oriented to a professional user. Taking in to account the fact that more and more people have the possibility to buy aircraft for their personal use, the demand for digital information is becoming more and more relevant.  The research aim is to provide guidance for the application of digital NOTAM to private and hobbyist aircraft users by analyzing knowledge management processes, their usages and the latest digital data processing and distribution technologies, hereby establishing the basis for the regulation of flights to future airspace users - drones and flying cars. Utilization of block chain and data mining technologies for NOTAM's provision can give to us unique ability to provide information quickly and in reliable way.
